Would stay here again + There is the most gorgeous lift to take you to your room. It looks very antiquated, but inside it is very modern and so beautiful outside. The room was really comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent with everything you could wish for. Excellent location for visiting the beautiful city of Prague. Tourist buses are close by and many many beautiful sites are within walking distance. − My only caveat would be the warmness of the staff. This includes the people at reception, housekeeping, the people at the breakfast buffet. They did not appear to enjoy their jobs and I could not get the lady who checked me in to break a smile!

Comfortable, safe, relaxing, clean + Amazingly located just a few minutes walk to the main interests but in a quieter street Helpful staff and lovely room, not super fancy but nice. Loved having the bath robes and slippers provided. We didn’t eat at the hotel but breakfast smelt delicious, we just always opt to eat out and try other local places − Some banging doors but I guess that’s to be expected in any hotel

Great disappointment + Our stay was a huge disappointment. We got a small, dark room facing a lightwell, with a bed rather too small for two people. There was zero mobile signal, forcing us to make calls from the hallway. The receptionist was very cold and offered no compensation. Worst of all, management completely ignored our written complaint even after a month, Definitely do not recommend.

I would go again if they change the Staff!! + Was clean, very well located and historic. − The Sraff was depressive, they never smile or help with any request. Very arrogant people, so sad!!!

Honeymoon trip + We were in Prague for our honeymoon, choose this gem, and it was amazing choice! We had a loft with bubbles and chocolate! Amazing staff and beautiful architecture.

Good hotel. Great location. Value for money. + Brilliant hotel in a great location. Less than a two minute walk to the tram stop, Metro and the Powder Tower entrance to the old town. Room was clean with a comfortable beds, powerful shower and good quality products. Free water dispenser on each floor and tea and coffee provided in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice lounge and bar area. Highly recommend Restaurant Hybernská on the corner to the hotel .

Art Nouveau Treasure + Beautiful Art Nouveau boutique hotel. The hotel is in the perfect location - quiet cobble street 10 min walk to the main train station, 10 minute walk to the main square, surrounded by historic buildings. The hotels decor is exquisite with original art deco fixtures. The rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast buffet is generous with something for every taste. Every staff member has been genuine , friendly and very helpful, especially Marcel. The hotel really enhanced our stay in Prague. We will be back.

Perfect + I stayed at the K+K Central Hotel Prague during my visit to the city. The location is excellent, well-connected by public transportation and on foot. The Art Nouveau hotel is simply sublime. The room was always clean and tidy. The continental breakfast was satisfactory. Marcel and Naty at the front desk were courteous and attentive to requests and directions. I highly recommend it for a full experience of the city.
