+ The location of the property was good, close to the main train station and also to the old town. Although we arrived early, the staff did their best to check us in. The room was cozy and clean, and the view of the back garden was satisfying.

Great stay!! + My husband and I had a wonderful stay at k + k Fenix for four nights. Everything was great, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Wella at the reception was super nice and very accommodating. She gave us some recommendations for restaurants. The location was excellent, close to public transportation and easy access to some tourist attractions. We enjoyed the sauna, it was a plus, to be able to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you k + k Fenix for a great stay. I'm hoping to come back in the near future.

Un bel hôtel très bien situé + L’hôtel est très bien situé à 5 minutes du musée national de Prague. Près de deux stations de métro et de plusieurs tram et bus. Pleins de restaurants et de boutique pour se restaurer et faire du shopping. Idéal quand on veut voir tous les lieux historiques de Prague ! − La porte de la salle de bain et du balcon qui sont très difficile à ouvrir et fermer. La salle de sport qui est un peu trop rudimentaire.

Наладить вайфай и персоналу перестать оценивать своим взглядом гостей + Понравилась встреча , на рецепции стоит вкусный чай и арбуз для гостей, понравился завтрак , он был разнообразный , особенно выпечка была очень вкусной , соотношение цена качества оправданно − Был плохой интернет , хотя заявлен высокоскоростной при бронировании, номера старенькие , даже смарт tv нет ,не понравилось как оценивающее осматривает гостей рабочий персонал из Украины , это очень напрягало!

Ottimo per visitare Praga + Posizione centrale a un minuto da Piazza S. Venceslao che consente di visitare Praga a piedi e comunque a due passi dalla metro. Ottima colazione e camere non grandissime ma confortevoli. Garage privato sotto l'albergo. − Bagni da migliorare

Excellent + The hotel is near to Mustek train station and other tram stops. The receptionist (Wella) is vey accommodating. They give me some guides and recos on places I should check in the city. My room was always clean. Plus points for the fridge inside the room. Ambiance is quiet and cozy. The only thing is sometimes you can hear the noise from banging of doors and windows from other rooms. Price per night is worth it and will definitely come back here in case I’ll visit Prague again.
