A pleasant stay with excellent staff, although a little overpriced for its location and overall standard. + I really liked the friendly and helpful staff, especially the lovely receptionist who went out of her way to help us and recommend places to eat. The apartment-style room was also comfortable and spacious, and the hotel was clean and pleasant overall. − I felt the hotel was a little overpriced for what it offered. The city centre is also around a 20-minute walk away, although it is only about 5 minutes by car.

Disappointment and frustration + Not much − We booked for 5 nights but left after the first night. We were woken up by construction work on both sides of the building at 7am. We immediately packed our things and left. We both had earplugs in that night which did nothing for the drilling and banging. We went there to relax not get woken up at 7am by a bunch of builders. Also they could see into our room and balcony. There was no way you could enjoy a coffee on the balcony either with the dust. We had requested a full refund but both the hotel and Booking.com were passing the buck. We found another hotel that same day but had to pay for it so ended up paying double. We eventually got offered 2 days compensation but I would avoid this place. Very disappointed in both the hotel and booking.com for not being more helpful and not advising us of the noise / construction

+ We had a lovely stay at the Chrielka Hotel. Thank you to everyone there for helping make this a lovely holiday - the staff were always interested and helpful with information and suggestions. The location was good - access to a decent beach just over the road and the old port (with some good restaurants) 20 minutes walk away. The room was a good size, comfortable and kept very clean. The kitchen facilities were useful too.

Struttura da completare + La pulizia della camera è la posizione − La reception e la piscina. Le camere e i piani ristrutturati bene, per omogeneità era meglio rifare anche la reception che è il primo impatto quando si entra.

Excellent service❤️❤️ + The girls in the lobby are cute, polite, and help with everything. Second time at the hotel and I will be back many more times. − It doesn't matter because the service is really good. You only have to pay to drink espresso by the pool. It doesn't matter to me, but for other guests it may cause discomfort and disappointment.
