ESPERABA MAS, UN POCO DECEPCIONANTE + NOS ALOJAMOS POR TRES NOCHES Y ESTUVO LLOVIENDO LOS TRES DIAS SEGUIDOS. UNA DE LAS HABITACIONES QUE RESERVAMOS ESTABA EN LA PLANTA BAJA Y SE INUNDO EL BAÑO Y LA HABITACION. AVISAMOS A RECEPCION QUE NO SE PODIA ESTAR CON ESA HUMEDAD Y NOS CAMBIARON DE HABITACION A OTRA DE LA PLANTA DE ARRIBA AUNQUE NO ESA MISMA NOCHE SINO SOLAMENTE LA ULTIMA POR NO TENER DISPONIBILIDAD. Y LO JUSTIFICARON COMO QUE NO ERA POR SU CULPA, SINO POR LA CANTIDAD DE LLUVIA CAIDA... EL HOTEL ESTA MUY BIEN SITUADO: A MENOS DE 10 MIN DE LA FORTUNA Y DEL PARQUE DEL VOLCAN ARENAL, Y A 5 MINUTOS DE LAS PRINCIPALES TERMAS. EL EXTERIOR DEL HOTEL ES MUY BONITO CON UNOS JARDINES PRECIOSOS Y UNAS VISTAS DEL VOLCAN PRIVILEGIADAS, AUNQUE NO PUDIERAMOS DISFRUTAR DE ELLAS POR EL TIEMPO. HABITACIONES AMPLIAS CON UNA PEQUEÑA TERRAZA. − EL DESAYUNO ERA ESCASO E INSULSO, REVUELTO FRIO, MERMELADAS LLENAS DE MOSQUITOS,... EL PERSONAL NO FUE MUY AMABLE, PARA QUE NOS CAMBIARAN DE HABITACION …

Prima schoon hotel met middelmatig ontbijt. + De kamer was schoon, de 2 zwembaden waren mooi. − We kregen 2 dagen voordat wij arriveerden een berichtje dat het restaurant gesloten was. Wel ontbijt, maar het was echt sfeerloos waar we ontbeten, en overal vliegen rondom het buffet. Je gaat ook niet echt gezellig zitten daar en een drankje doen omdat het zo ongezellig oogt.

Oui! Mais. + Sa localisation, la propreté des chambres. Le vrai plus c’était la vue sur le volcan Arenal, en option, c’etait époustouflant. − Pas de restaurant, problème technique ? Le petit déjeuner était peu qualitatif et quantitatif.

Perfekt als Familie für einen Aufenthalt in La Fortuna! 🦥 + Super Lage, traumhafter Garten und Poolbereich mit grandiosem Blick auf den Vulkan,schöne Bubgalows mit großen Bodenfenstern, Kolibris im Garten, sehr gutes Frühstück, Abstellen der Koffer für Ausflüge möglich - sehr freundliches Personal, die auf die Tiere vor dem Hotel aufmerksam machten (so haben wir sogar einen Coati entdeckt). Es hat uns super gefallen. − Essensbereich ist etwas rutschig

Correcto pero con fallos importantes + Me gustaron los jardines y el personal que era amable, aunque muchas veces cuando querías atención no encontrabas a nadie en recepción. − Solo tenían almohadas altas y las colchas sucias y con manchas. El suelo del área de entrada y desayuno era muy resbaladizo y mi hija se cayó varias veces. En la descripción del hotel pone que hay restaurante pero luego cuando está todo pagado te avisan de que no van a dar ese servicio.

Very underwhelming + Not much other than the landscaping and the view. − The rooms were not it. Super humid and in need of better maintenance. Our bedsheet were dirty upon arrival. The hotel does not offer daily room cleaning and overall had awful service. Similarly the breakfast was full of flies and inedible. The lighting in the room also is in need of improvement. Would not recommend nor stay again.

Buen hotel para hospedarte en la falda del volcán Arenal + Muy buena ubicación, con vistas al volcán (aunque no pudimos ver nada por la lluvia). Es un hotel cuidado, las instalaciones están renovadas. Nos hospedamos en los apartamentos del costado de fuera, que parecen nuevos, y muy limpio y buena decoración. El desayuno variado y de calidad. − Aunque las instalaciones están renovadas, la habitación olía mucho a humedad. Además, se escuchaba todo muchísimo, desde la TV del vecino hasta el camión que pasaba por la carretera. Fue difícil dormir con el ruido de las lluvias. Por otro lado, la luz del aire acondicionado molestaba mucho para dormir.

PÉSIMO + Las vistas al volcán − Empleados sin ningún tipo de simpatía parecía hablar con robots estaba enganchados al móvil en todo momento en los que pasaban por recepción les costaba hasta saludar. Llegamos y a pesar de estar vacíos nos cobraron 30$ por entrar antes al hotel teniendo habitaciones vacías y mi novia con fiebre. El desayuno triste y sin gracia poco sabor. El suelo Siempre sudaba y estaba mojado facilitando las caídas no Volvería a repetir allí ni gratis
