Un lugar para desconectarse del mundo + El lugar es muy lindo, pero queda un poco lejos del centro de Liberia. Hay piscinas de agua fría tibia y caliente, muy agradable. El desayuno es rico y abundante y el trato del personal es muy bueno − Lo único negativo, fue el transporte que tarda un poco en recoger al visitante, pues el terreno es quebrado o si está lloviendo se requiere

The experience of a lifetime: adventure, relax, eat, and enjoy + We were beyond blown away by the resort's amenities, food, and staff. You don't need to leave the property at all to adventure and experience local nature. We did a 4-hour waterfall hike and 12-stage ziplining through a spectacular canyon, and there was no one else in the group. Our favorite part, however, was sitting in the hot springs and watching the spider monkeys in their natural habitat. Don't stay elsewhere and schedule activities with various companies; simply go to Borinquen and enjoy everything the resort has to offer. − The pool could have been cleaner - it had a lot of floating bugs and was murky to the point of needing treating.

Excelente lugar pero comida pésima + Las instalaciones, todo muy limpio − La preparación y presentación de la comida es pesima. Hay poca variedad. El desayuno no contempla porción de fruta ni jugo natural a pesar de estar en una región donde hay mucha fruta.

Peaceful retreat to reconnect with nature. + Borinquen is a beautiful property and the perfect place to relax and unwind in nature. The staff were very nice and the food at the restaurant was delicious with lots of choices and vegetarian options. The spa on site was also amazing! − Nothing, everything was great!

Lovely Borinquen + In the hills, isolated but in an area renowned for its thermal pools and mud we found the hotel better than the photos and a lovely place to spend a few days. You will smell the natural sulphur in the air and the rooms are spread out over the hills so you will get your steps in or call for a ride. The pool is wonderful and the monkeys a treat. The thermal pools are interesting and the mud an experience (wish there had been a bit more info on how/why to use the facilities). The breakfast was top notch - à la carte and served on an open air restaurant with lovely choices. The restaurant is also where we ate dinner and the service was great and dinner delicious. Overall a great place, not too far from the airport with a vehicle, up-around some very bumpy and windy roads and a great time was had. − It was a good stay.

Perfecto para desconectarse + Las instalaciones muy bonitas, las habitaciones amplias, limpieza diaria, personal muy amable, desayuno muy bueno y bastante variado, las camas muy cómodas. Un lugar perfecto para descansar, no hay nada de ruido. Hay una vena volcánica lo cual no se ve comúnmente − Solo hay 2 piscinas termales y son pequeñas por lo que se llenan muy rápido. Una es demasiado caliente, y la otra muy tibia, hace falta un punto medio. Al estar tan lejos de pueblos, solo se puede comer en el restaurante del hotel y la relación calidad-precio no está alineada (carne sobre cocida, y el salmón caribeño no tenía nada caribeño). Las porciones están bien. Deberían implementar la opción todo incluido o tener bocas en el menú (no solo entradas); algo similar al menú del wet bar de la piscina. La calle para llegar al hotel es de lastre en bastantes secciones.
