Perfect base for an Atacama adventure + Convenient location in town. Helpful front desk staff, thanks to Ximena. Great restaurant and bar (missing the rica rica pisco sour). Nice breakfast. Comfortable spacious unique room.

San Pedro mágico + El hotel es lindo! Acorde a lo lindo de San Pedro! Todo muy lindo EXCELENTE ubicación! El personal muy atento, el desayuno rrico, lo mejor los chocolates que te dejaban todas las noches! Maravillosos!!!! Demasiado ricos!! Volvería mil veces a este hotel y a San Pedro! − Podría tener espacio cerrado para el frío en la noche. Pero lindo igual.

Een Oase aan de Calle Caracoles in San Pedro + Locatie is top, personal is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, prachtige kamer (heerlijk bed!); exact cf foto’s. Restaurant is fantastisch met heerlijke gerechten.

+ Comfortable bed − I do not recommend this hotel. I am not ranting. There is a logical reason. This is not really a hotel at all. But two separate businesses, a hotel called Hotel Dessertica - with sleep only services and a nice seating area around two pools that are definitely not swimming!! Laughable to advertise as swimming. Ridiculous. What is annoying is that you could sit here chilling and 1. Noone will ask you for a coffee or drink or snack. If you want you need to walk a circa 50 to 70m walk back out nearly to the street and then back into the adjacent RAI restaurant business where you can get one. Taking that drink or snack back to your chill zone in the "sleeping business" place would be a pain. 2. If you need the toilet whilst chilling then the same walk is needed. The above two overwhelming points are so irritating frankly I would strongly not recommend this hotel because you are paying top prices and this isnt a reasonable level of service. Une expérience un peu amère + L'hôtel est bien pensé avec des chambres confortables. Le personnel à l'accueil est très accueillant et sympathique. Le restaurant est très bon − En raison des conditions météorologiques, j'ai eu beaucoup de soucis pour passer la frontière, ce qui m'a fait rater ma première nuit d'hôtel. Cela arrive mais c'est difficile de perdre 500€ pour deux chambres. J'ai en plus de cela été facturé de 170€ de frais administratifs pour l'annulation de deux tours (j'ai prévenu environ 24 heures en avance). Si les conditions contractuelles ont été respectées, je trouve le manque de compréhension dommageable. Par ailleurs, je trouve les prix des excursions très élevées par rapport à ce que vous pouvez trouver dans la ville. Je suppose que c'est plus luxe, mais je n'ai pu qu'expérimenter les frais administratifs... Je déconseille donc fortement leurs excursions !
