Simply splendid on all fronts. + Everything about Resort La Ginabelle was perfect. The staff were awesome - friendly, helpful, welcoming. They all seemed to genuinely love their jobs. Kudos to the owners for hiring (and keeping) such talented team. The room was amazingly comfortable and clean. Literally beyond anywhere we have ever stayed. The breakfast was extensive, tasty, and well-prepared. A lovely way to start each day. And the wellness facility was a wonderful way to relax and restore after a day of hiking in the mountains. I HIGHLY recommend Resort La Ginabelle. − We could have stayed longer :-)

Lovely, except for arrogance of Manager + Everything mostly was lovely. Sophia and the other staff work very hard, and are very warm and welcoming. − The manager of the restaurant (that might be stressed due to work pressure, I don’t know) was arrogant and snooty dealing with an issue that was his mistake to rectify. There was no need to make me feel like I do not understand fine cuisine, especially since he was the one in the wrong about the situation. It might seem an absurd concept to him, but working class people with tattoos can be cultured and also speak large words.

Flawless! + Fantastic location, flawless staff and service, one of the most well-thought out hotels I’ve ever been to! In fact, could very well be the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in - breakfast is out of this world, and the Spa is stunning! Would definitely recommend

+ High end facility. Excellent staff, friendly and caring. Good location. They upgraded my room without any additional costs. H8gh end vibe and atmosphere. − No air-conditioning. The room was quite warm at night, difficult to sleep. I kept looking to find zircon controls but none. There was no iron, ironing board or a ironing room in the hotel. Getting ironing done ftom hotel services is expensive per item.

+ Отель просто шикарный! Недавно реставрирован, в номере есть все, что необходимо, сам номер безупречно чистый , с новой сантехникой , банными принадлежностями. Зона спа так же прекрасна. Персонал очень приветлив, огромное спасибо за предоставление лучшего номера ! Я чувствовала себя действительно чудесно. Спасибо огромное !
