Good but disappointed + The lady on reception when we checked out was amazing, so helpful and kind. Thank you The property is clean and well cared for − I specifically booked a twin room not double with bathroom as my friend and I have no desire to share a bed. This was the most expensive hotel of our holiday and when we arrived discovered a small double bed. I went back to reception and was told well that's all they had as fully booked, but the room was not what I had booked. We were then given a triple room but with a shared bathroom, and whilst the facilities were clean and fine it is not what I had paid for or wanted and spoilt the first day of our trip. It would have been more appropriate to message to explain ahead of time so that we had a choice to cancel, I had messaged with approximate check in time so there was every opportunity to explain the situation. I feel that this is poor and yet no-one cared at the time and at 10pm and having already paid we had no choice but to s…

Great. Will repeat + Very nice neighbourhood, with nice square, used by local people. We booked a shared bathroom. But the room has an extra washbasin very apreciated. Excelent breakfast and lovelly personal at the recpetion. − The frist day at morning, the shared bathroom was no so clean. The afternoon and day after was very clean.

Great location, lovely hotel. + Location was excellent, staff very friendly & helpful. Room was very clean with very comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was lovely. Everything was so fresh. − Nothing really. A fridge would have been nice in the room but we did have access to one in the breakfast room if we wanted.

İsviçre insanının nezaketeni güler yüzlülüğünü elitliğini fazlasıyla hissettik, kendilerine çok teşk + Konum oldukça iyi, temizlik çok iyi. karşılama çok iyi. Otel müşterisi gibi değil misafir gibi hissettik kendimizi. Gayet samimi cana yakın güler yüzlü bir davranış ile karşılandık. Çok teşekkür ediyor ve tercih yapacak olanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. − Sevmediğimiz hiç bir şey yok.

Delightful, comfortable and inexpensive hotel in nice area of central Zürich + This is an elegantly modernised older building in a nice district of Central Zürich, about 20 minutes' walk from the main station, with several bus, tram and suburban train lines passing close by. In the immediate vicinity there are several cafes and bars with outside tables on tree-lined streets. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout. My room was small but elegantly and efficiently furnished and decorated. Despite being right under the roof, i could open the window. The one disadvantage i expected turned out not be one: this room had only a shared bathroom, but that was just across the corridor from my door, it was spotlessly clean, and always available when i needed it. There was a further WC jut a few steps further along the corridor. − No complaints!
