Séjour correcte + L’accueil a l’hôtel novotel pour l’enregistrement était très correct. Les réceptionnistes étaient professionnels et souriantes − On aimerait avoir des tapis de chaque côté du lit. Désagréable de se lever et poser ses pieds sur le sol gelé et aussi il faudrait orienter les clims vers le plafond car pendant que je dormais tout venait sur moi

Très bien pour 2 nuits + - l'amabilité du personnel de novotel, bien accueilli - le calme dans ma chambre (qui n'était pas côté rue) - le lit confortable − - la vue sur des dechets, faites quelque chose avec les voisins pour ramasser car pour un hotel ce n'est pas possible - le fait que dans la kitchenette il n'y ai pas de plaque chauffante - l'absence totale de decoration dans la chambre

Well-equipped and central room + It was central and well-connected. There were supermarkets around and it was close to the train station. The staff was friendly and the room had a well-equipped kitchenette. The staff kept our luggage for free before check in and after check out!! − We didn’t know that the hotel was located in the red light district so there were sexual workers around and strange neighbours. However, they were not disturbing and it was a safe neighbourhood

Gut für kurze Aufenthalte, Hunde nicht wirklich willkommen + Die Lage ist sehr zentral und Nahe am Bahnhof. Das Zimmer ist kühl. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen, Bügeltisch, Tv etc. Für unseren Hund haben wir eine kleine Decke und einen faltbaten Napf geschenkt bekommen. Aber dafür aber auch stolze 30.- pro Nacht für Hundeübernachtung bezahlt ohne Hundebett im Zimmer. − Da es kein Bett oder Liegestelle für Haustiere gibt und das Bett sehr hoch ist, muss man den Hund entweder auf dem Steinboden schlafen lassen oder jedesmal aufs Bett tragen. Wir sind mit unserem Labrador gereist. Ein kleines Hundebett wäre von Vorteil gewesen.

+ Personnel très agréable et serviable. − Équipement limité pour un « studio » : dans la cuisine, uniquement 2 couverts, 2 assiettes, 2 verres, 2 tasses (pas d’ustensiles de cuisine, pas de plaque de cuisson, pas de torchon…). Dans la chambre une seule chaise et une table qu’on ne peut pas approcher du matelas pour que la 2e personne puisse s’assoir pour manger.

Good value and good location to the train and bus station, the lake and parks around the lake. + The security. We had to pass through three locked doors before entering our room. We especially liked this because the neighborhood was not as secure. The prostitutes in the next block were not what we expected and we saw a drug deal happen two blocks away. We liked eating at the local restraurants and walking to the Cathedrale Saint Pierre, the lake and Old town, and the train/bus station was an easy distance. The air conditioning was an added perk since the summer days were hot. We had stayed in other locations in the country without air conditioning. So it was nice to come back to a cool room. − The neighborhood. We felt safe in our room but walking through the streets to get to it didn't feel comfortable. I am glad we were senior citizens without having young children with us.
