Excellent location with very friendly staff. + Location - so close to the SBB Bahnhofstrasse and coffee shops. Staff very friendly. Comfortable bed and check out is noon. − This is Switzerland so prices are high but the Ibis has kept them manageable

Convenient but that probably it to be honest + Near the station and town − Ground floor room. Aircon didn’t work so the room was extremely uncomfortable. Couldn’t open the window as the kitchen was 5m away with lights on all night and noise until late. Sadly no kettle either

propere kamers en handige locatie! + Zeer goede locatie. Je krijgt een gratis Basel-kaart waarmee je gratis het openbaar vervoer kan nemen. Op 2 minuten wandelen van het station. kamer was klein, maar proper. Zeer grote douche! Het was zeer stil op de kamer − De prijs was iets naar de hoge kant. Het ontbijt was goed, maar niet zeer uitgebreid. Ik heb al betere IBIS ontbijten gehad.

Tolles, einfaches und sauberes Hotel an guter Lage. Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. + Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer hat eine simple und einfache Ausstattung, rein nur zum Übernachten passt es gut. Wir durften unseren Hund dabei haben was auch überhaupt kein Problem war. − Alles in allem waren wir mit dem Zimmer zufrieden, was aber fehlte und für uns ein grosses Manko ist, dass es nur Badetücher und keine Handtücher hatte und wir auch keine bekommen haben, da es im Hotel anscheinend keine gibt. Für uns ist das ein absolutes Muss, dass man 1 Badetuch und 1 Handtuch pro Person hat und nicht die Hände und das Gesicht mit dem Badetuch trocknen muss.

A good choice for a bed for the night! + Convenient, clean and comfortable room for a night’s stay. Second floor front facing room - wasn’t disturbed by road noise and I’m a light sleeper. Staff really polite and friendly and pleasant and useful facilities on the ground floor. − Nothing.

Hotel correcto con actitudes miserables. + En general era un hotel agradable. − Que no tuviese Frigobar, y que me quisieran cobrar 33 euros para darme la habitación a las 12 horas, en lugar de la hora del check in que era las 15 horas. Muy de miserables esa politica. Nunca me pasó en ningún hotel.
