Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Professionelles Personal, hinreichend große und saubere Zimmer. + Für den Preis bekommt man m.E. in der Lage in Zürich nichts besseres. Ich war angenehm überrascht.

+ Habitación amplia y cómoda. Pequeña terraza agradable aunque en la primera planta demasiado próxima a la avenida. Muy buena insonorización. Ducha amplia. Personal muy amable, encantadores. − La habitación no tenía espacio habilitado para maletas: utilizamos sillas. Faltan enchufes (cargar móvil de forma cómoda es importante). La puerta del baño no es hermética.

Es war zu teuer und ich komme nicht wieder + Wir waren auf einer Hochzeit eingeladen mehrere Ehepaare haben in dem Hotel gewohnt, die Hochzeit war um 15:00 Uhr und wir sollten erst ab 16:00 Uhr das Zimmer beziehen dürfen. Wären wir eher gekommen, hätten wir 40 Fr. extra zahlen sollen. Nach großen Diskussionen konnten wir dann doch das Zimmer eher beziehen das hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gefallen.

Excellent location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean. + Very convenient to the lake, Old Town and the Enge station and number 7 tram. 20 minutes train to airport. Comfortable room.

It was a 3 star plus and not value for money the staff were the one plus + Staff were very happy and helpful − Air conditioning was very poor in the room and there was no bar or restaurant for evening meal or breakfast on the Monday morning

delusa, gestione peggiorata nel tempo + la zona − chiusa la sala per la colazione!!! stanza piccolissima al primo piano, si sentiva sempre qualcuno parlare e fumare nel cortile, poco pulita la stanza quotidianamente, molto caro, nessuna attenzione per una cliente come me che già c'è stata sei, sette volte.
