Beau séjour de 4 jours à Montreux. + L’emplacement, le confort des lits, le petit déjeuné. − La Wifi est très mauvaise au 7ème étage.

+ الموقع جميل والاطلالة رائعة على البحيرة وكل شي قريب من الفندق ،الفطور منوع وجميل وصالة الفطور كبيرة وفي جزء منها له اطلالة على البحيرة − اجراءات الدخول جداً بطيئة ، وقبل يسلمونا الغرف حاسبنا وقالت الموظفة باخذ صورة من بطاقة البنك عشان تأمين الغرف فقط وعطيتها ويوم جا اليوم الثاني محاولات من الفندق لسحب مبلغ الاقامة كامل والحمدلله البطاقة ماكان فيها رصيد ويوم رحت اكلمها قالت يلا ادفعي مبلغ الاقامة!! قلتلها انا دافعة قبل تسلموني الغرف ! قالت جيبي اثبات! ورحت انزل الفاتورة وقالت باخذ منها صوره ارفعها للمانجر ! قلتلها ليش اول مادفعت مادخلتي بنظامكم اني دافعه ورفعتي الفواتير ! نظامهم سئ جداً ولازم اول ماتدفعون تحتفظون بالفواتير واثباتات وصراحة نكدوا علي ! بعد هذا الموقف مارجع له

下次去蒙特勒，还会住Mona + 房间动线很合理，虽然被安排到了角落房，房间面积不大，但并不局促。特别喜欢小阳台，阳光照下来非常舒服。酒店有地库，对自驾的人非常友好，但需要注意两点：1、必须预定，因为车位有限。2、地库比较空间比较窄，进出场是同一个口，如果遇到会车得有点儿技术。早餐非常好，特别美味。室外空间特别美，脚下就是日内瓦胡，虽然有好多鸟和海鸥会偷食物，哈哈，但是一点儿不影响吃早餐的美丽心情。 − 无

Superbe vue sur le lac Leman - Emplacement top pour ce très confortable hôtel + La vue depuis notre chambre est incroyable. Du balcon comme des fenêtres, la vue sur le lac est magnifique. La chambre est grande, la literie confortable et le petit déjeuner top. − La façade de l'hôtel n'est pas jolie mais l'intérieur est vraiment sympa. Il manque une piscine pour mettre un 10 à cet hôtel.

Hotel to come back one day. + It is very good hotel. I do love everything about it: location, room size, view from the balcony, comfy bed and good shower. There a lot of extra things hotel did provide for free as soft drinks in mini bar, swizz charge adapter and free tea, coffee and pop corn in the lobby hall. I definitely would like to come back one day. − Two small things which could be improved: 1) Poor Wi-Fi 2) There is very strange AC set up in our room (94) -the hot air from AC is blowing directly into the balcony and hitting it up. So sitting in the balcony was like sitting in the sauna.

Amazing lake views and nice extras + Beautiful views and an excellent location. The little extras were appreciated, like the refilled free mini-bar and candy, popcorn, and coffee in the lobby. The 8th floor ice machine, microwave, and free washer and dryer were very handy. − The tall bathtub to step into the shower was a little scary with older people. These is plenty of room to upgrade to a safer and more comfortable walk in shower. With the extreme heat, a cool pool would be nice instead of a hot tub.
