+ Location was good for what we needed . − It’s very run down, uncomfortable . Because of the Richmond night market the prices were higher than usual, making it very overpriced for the value

+ Good location, easy to park and check-in/out. − Aircon in the room was so old and noisy we had to turn it off. The shower head was so low that we had to crouch down to get under it - we are both average height.

Desastroso en todos los sentidos + Sólo que está cerca del aeropuerto − No me gustó nada. Estaba sucio, descuidado, viejo y el personal era desagradable. De hecho, teníamos una reserva hecha, nos dieron habitaciones para menos personas y nos dijeron que nos aguantáramos. Q era culpa nuestra por hacer la reserva en booking (que ellos no tienen la información) que me quejara a booking y que si no me gustaba que me fuese a otro hotel… increíble, jamás me había pasado.

+ Die Lage ist super Nähe vom Flughafen Gute Anbindung an die City Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit − Es war schmutzig, als wir den Zettel zum reinigen des Zimmer raus gehängt habe wurde es leider ignoriert Das Bad war eine Katastrophe, zwei Tage hatten wir kein warmes Wasser wir waren mit unseren Problemen bei der Rezeption aber dort konnte man uns auch nicht helfen, sie wirkten hilflos Der Höhepunkt war das Mäusekot in unserem Zimmer war, das war echt ekelig, wir haben es sauber gemacht und morgens war neuer Mäusekot da, rund um unser Bett und Taschen

satisfactory. Staff helpful & courteous. + airport shuttle was prompt. − I suggest a bathmat in the bathtub, and a grab bar to help getting in and out. The tub is tall/deep, it may be dangerous for seniors.

Good for a one-night airport stay + Good option for one night near the airport. It’s an older, basic hotel, but affordable considering Canadian prices. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. − Don’t expect any extra services or amenities—it’s mainly a convenient stopover.

+ Breakfast − We stayed at this hotel for four nights, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. On the first day, we found that the bed in our room was not properly clean. The top sheet was removable, and underneath it, the blanket had visible stains, including what appeared to be blood spots. We also found a bug on the blanket. On top of that, the shower was clogged, and the A/C was extremely noisy, making it very difficult to sleep. On the second day, the hot water stopped working and remained unavailable for almost 30 hours. We informed the front desk several times, but we were repeatedly told that it would be fixed soon. The water was extremely cold, to the point where even taking a cold shower was uncomfortable. This issue significantly affected our stay and ruined our plans for those days. On our last day, since the hot water still had not been fixed—a basic requirement for any hotel—we were finally moved to another room. Unfortunately, the problems continue…

Very comfortable stay. Close to good shopping and transport options. + Comfortable bed. Great showers. Iron, fridge, electric jug in room is good. − The use of bamboo cutlery and paper plates creates lots of rubbish and isn’t very eco friendly.

Pour une nuit maximum + La proximité avec l’aéroport − Le personnel n’est pas aimable, la chambre n’était pas vraiment propre (des cheveux partout) et très vétuste, aucune serviette d’avance ni de papier toilettes, pas de tapis de bain…Le petit-déjeuner est de piètre qualité. Vu le prix payé, on s’attendait à autre chose. C’est un hôtel bas de gamme.

+ The staff was very responsive to the air conditioning problem. Their shuttle service and shuttle drive in particular was very helpful in getting us to the airport. − The breakfast was subpar. We did not even use it on the second day. We were placed in a room that had non-working air Conditioning. The staff did get us moved to a room with working air conditioning. Overall, the hotel is very dated and run down. General cleaning of room, towels, and bedding was acceptable, however, detailed cleaning does not appear to have been done for years.
