We expect a refund. It cost us over $1000. We missed our plane. We had to pay for many Ubers to get to the dealers. + Beatrice the woman at front desk − Our car was broken into. No security and no cameras to protect to our car.

+ The staff are friendly − The cleaning teams are not doing a good job..also the bathrooms and the toilet needs to be fixed..the fan in our room and my kids room wasn't working..the toilet kept clogging and took a long time for the water to be filled again.

Another Try after 20 years, not much the differences and not sure will stay again − Not sure if it's the business environment or not, took a long time for the front desk answered my call, room lack of microwave. lobby was very crowded and loud!
