The hotel’s location was what attracted me first. It was 15 minutes from airport, 20 minutes from everything else. Perfe + Free parking & WiFi, complementary free breakfast, and toiletries in the bathroom. Very comfortable beds. − Very slow elevators.

I will come and stay in this hotel if we'll have another short stay in Calgary next time. Thank you! + I like the laminated floor. I'd rather have it than a stinky carpet. I also like the coziness of our room and the decors and furnitures that came with it. The aircon worked well. The breakfast staff were friendly and prepared the food well. − There wasn't a bidet. The toilet was a bit distanced from the faucet. We have to improvise to use water after moving our bowel.

Terrible + Clean − My last night was terrible! I came down at 8am to extend my stay for one more night and paid freaking $200! Than housekeeping still knocked at my door only ONCE and than opened it! I barely had time to hide behind the shower curtain! I had “don’t disturb” sign on my door!!!! After that housekeeping knocked at my door AGAIN at 2PM and woke me up!!! This is unacceptable for such money I paid to be disturbed and woken up!!!! When I asked housekeeping about something other day, she was just talking on her phone, looking at me and completely ignoring me

Fine overall but would not stay again due to lack of room cleaning. + Overall clean, some of the staff (breakfast crew) were nice and friendly and helpful − They didn’t clean our rooms or provider fresh towels. They don’t provide forks or help to get one when we got take out. Had to ask for towels separately, need up not bringing them to our door.
