Ние имахме молба за безглутенова закуска за част от семейството и благодарим за отзивчивостта и съдействието на персонала. Кафето е Costa и беше супер!

We had a wonderful experience at this place. + A great place to relax with an incredible view of the Kardzhali Reservoir. The staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are wonderful. The pool is the perfect place to relax all day long. Breakfast and the food at the restaurant are delicious :)

Great location shame they haven’t capitalised more on this + Great location, lovely room overlooking pool & lake with mountains too. Easy to walk to lake and swim in lake. Not far from Emona restaurant which we enjoyed − The food was distinctly average to poor. Staff more interested in their phones. Strange trash vending machines and pool towels promoting vapes! As UK visitors we find it challenging that smoking is permitted on site, particularly in the restaurant.
