+ Relatively good location. Clean and comfortable beds. But the apartment design was really dark, it's a shame they didn't use white paint. Very beautiful view of Plovdiv and its hills.

+ Изключително любезен и отзивчив персонал. Стаята беше чиста и комфортна. Като цяло останахме много доволни от престоя си. − Останахме разочаровани от липсата на румсървис по време на престоя ни. Все пак сме избрали да отседнем в хотел именно заради удобствата и услугите, които той предлага, а румсървисът е едно от тях.

Better accommodation then standard but we expected more. + The apartment was spacious and clean. Towels were exchanged on day 3 of our stay. Building had a guard and the parking lot was available. The real surprise was the fitness and wellness Pulse which is across the parking lot. It is super modern and you can spend hours there. The location was suitable for walking into the city center. − Some basic features were missing: windows were not clean, we had a washing machine but no basket nor drying rack and pegs. Wi-Fi was very slow at times, definitely not high=speed. No microwave - I have overseen that. There was only a few cups and kitchen utensils not even enough to make yourself breakfast. No kitchen cloths. Kitchen definitely not equipped to be able to cook there something. Breakfast offer were three dishes to choose from and + drink from 4 choices. Have tried this once and considered this was not a good option. The A/C has a slight odor. Our windows were facing the main road s…

+ Puedes disponer del gym y spa del edificio de al lado − Si sales pronto por la mañana no te dan el desayuno para llevar, ya que el desayuno empieza a las 8. Pedimos un par de cápsulas de café para la cafetera ya que no nos preparaban el desayuno y nos dijeron que solo era una por estancia.

+ Habitación muy grande. Cama extra grande. Nevera. Baño. Parking gratis. − Alejado del centro en un barrio poco iluminado por la noche. Ambiente frío y casi sombrío. Habitación con ascensor en la habitación para bajar, con lo que había ruido de las personas que subían y bajaban. Desayuno mal atendido. Sensación de estar en un edificio gris y frío.
