+ צוות אדיב ,ומקצועי בכל המחלקות. כל אזורי המלון נקים מאוד .אזור שקט ,מיקום המלון על הר עם נוף מקסים כל שעות היממה . ספא אליפות ,עשינו טיפול פנים ,ופעמים מסג ,מקצועניות . תודה לגבי השהיות מיום שני עד יום ראשון . ממולץ מאוד. − הכל אהבנו ,אין טענות

+ The spa was amazing and very professional, with beautiful water in the thermal pools that made the stay very relaxing. The food at both breakfast and dinner was varied and tasty. Free parking was very convenient, and the staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel overall was very clean and well maintained, which added to the positive experience. − Unfortunately, there were no cocktails available at the pool, which was disappointing. In our room, the safe didn’t work, and there were no basic amenities like toothpaste or a razor, which should be expected in a 5-star hotel. Although the food was good in flavor, the dinner dishes were cold, which was upsetting. Lastly, the pools could be cleaned and maintained to a higher standard for a hotel of this level.

+ Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική. Τα σπα πολύ καλά. Κάναμε μασάζ και ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό εξυπηρετικό και χαμογελαστό. Είχαμε ημιδιατροφή και είχε απίστευτη ποικιλία από φαγητά και γλυκά και όλα ήταν πολύ νόστιμα. − Το μπάνιο δεν ήταν άνετο όπως και το κρεβάτι. Γενικα το δωματιο ηταν πολυ ζεστο γιατι κατι ειχε συμβει με το aircodition. Ζοριστηκαμε πολύ στον ύπνο. Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να έχει μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία ωστόσο ήταν γευστικό.
