+ Harika bir otel tam bir aile oteli. Tertemiz, calisanlar guler yüzlü ve yardimci. Yemekler lezzetli. 2 yildir geliyoruz bu yil daha da guzeldi. Tesekkur ederiz.

Otelden heryere cok rahat ulasabiliyorsunuz. 2 yildir geldigimiz ve tekrar gelecegimiz bir otel 2 aile geldik ve cok memnun ayrildik. Cocuklar icin lunaparka 5 dk mesafede olmasi da ayri guzel.

+ It was an absolutely wonderful experience! We spent an amazing week at this hotel. Everything was very clean, the food was extremely tasty and varied and always fresh and they use high-quality products. The alcoholic drinks, including the wine and beer, were also very good and enjoyable. The desserts not only looked great, but tasted delicious as well. The snacks between meals were also excellent — pizza, waffles, ice cream and sandwiches, all very tasty. The hotel has a beautiful private beach with fine sand, and the swimming pool was clean and well maintained. What I liked the most, however, was the staff. Alex, Maria and Martin were extremely friendly, attentive and always happy to help. They paid great attention to detail and were always willing to provide any information or assistance we needed. The value for money is exceptional. This is definitely a hotel worth visiting, and I would happily come back!

O vacanta reala si reconfortanta !! + Raportul calitate-pret a fost just ! Mancarea a fost preparata diversificata si gust ! Camerele sunt mari, spatioase si curate. Personalul este amabil si manifesta disponibilitate mereu ! Pozitia hotelului este execelenta ! Au si parcare, un aspect important pentru cei care vin cu autoturismul. − Nu am ce sa reprosez angajatilor de la Hotel Neptun Beach. Nu am obiectiuni privind proprietatea ! Singurul inconvenient l-a reprezentat decizia administratiei locale din Sunny Beach de a concesiona unor operatori privati portiuni mari din plaja statiunii unde au amplasat peste o mie de sezlonguri si umbrelute la preturi foarte mari de 16-17 Euro, care au ramas neocupate aproape zilnic, avand un grad de ocupare extrem de redus.

Pet total ok + Locația, curățenia, personalul, piscina, plaja − Parcarea, mâncarea care nu era prea diversificată , umbrelele de dimensiuni mici, care nu protejau de soare, șezlongurile fără saltea și protecție de soare.
