Very adequate, far from exceptional. Got a good night's sleep, cannot complain! + Amazingly attentive staff. They were able to accommodate some special requests we had regarding meals. Gorgeous location, super close to chair lifts. Breakfast/dinner are satisfactory. Lots of free parking. − Rooms are small. Bathrooms are tiny. Gym is very small and uncomfortable to use. The hotel could use a renovation.

Great experience! + Friendly staff, cosy and relaxed atmosphere, great restaurant. − Just one mixed sauna, the other two were like strictly for women/men, which I think is quite inconvenient, especially when there are a lot of people.

+ Обслужването и милия и отзивчив персонал. − Не ми хареса храната извън включените закуска и вечеря. Поръчахме от ресторанта няколко ястия от менюто за обяд - пилешки хапки, задушени картофи и пилешка супа. Пилешките хапки бяха сурови, картофите - мазни и хрупкави, а пилешката супа я сервираха вряла с много мазнина (предполагам е била замразена). Хубавото е, че когато споделихме за тези неща на сервитьорката тя предложи да не се включват в сметката. Мръсен детски кът и басейн.

Приятно и удобно + Храната на ниво.Чистотата поддържана − За мен не беше логично да отваря басейна , след като е приключила закуската.
