Excelent, minunat , fascinant!🩷 + Totul a fost la superlativ ! A fost un sejur minunat, camera cu vedere la mare a fost deosebita spațioasă , curată, cu o vedere panoramică superbă asupra mării ! Serviciile de calitate superioară , mâncarea excelentă, varietate și diversitate pentru toate preferințele ! Restul de la etajul 18 este un mare plus , superb și destinat persoanelor care doresc ambianta și liniste absolută , iar gastronomia este perfectă! Hotelul este fascinant, la noile standarde europene, chiar reflectă cele 5 stele alocate ! Personalul a fost la înălțime, receptiv și prompt pentru a oferi tuturor un sejur așa cum îl doresc și foarte atenți la cerințele și bunăstarea oaspeților! Sejurul nostru a fost minunat , puțin spus minunat, datorită Boryanei Hristova, omul perfect pentru acest post și perla hotelului, un profesionist desăvârșit, un om minunat și empatic, un spirit de echipă excelent , o coordonare foarte bună și caldă asupra întregii sale echipe ! + האוכל מעולה! מגוון וטעים מיקום מצויין על הים על הטיילת בריכה יפה וגדולה חדרים גדולים יפים עם נוף לים שירותים בחדר נפרד מהמקלחת − המלון מלא ישראלים! במקלחת אין שירותים! זה בחדר נפרד היה לנו חדר גדול עם נוף לים בלי מרפסת אין שום דרך לייבש בגדי ים רטובים אצלי נשארו רטובים 3 ימים והסריחו את כל החדר! אין מקרר בחדר! יש מיניבר שנראה כמו מקרר אבל לא מקרר והכל עולה כסף אפילו קצת חלב לקפה עולה 5 ש"ח אסור להכניס אוכל ושתייה לשטח הבריכה הכל צריך לקנות שם! במחירים מופקעים ולא הגיוניים! גם הישיבה על המיטות והכסאות ליד הבריכה בתשלום של 150 יורו ליום הזמנה של אוכל ושתייה מהבר בבריכה! אין מספיק מעליות רק 3 מעליות לכל המלון שמגיעות ללובי לבריכה ולחדר אוכל כל הזמן בתפוסה מלאה וזמני המתנה ארוכים למעלית.
