Very disappointing experience − I chose this hotel mainly because of the spa, but for two consecutive days I was unable to use the heated pool on the left because the heating system was not working and the water was far too cold. The problem had already been reported on the first day, but the following day it was still the same, with no improvement. I also contacted the hotel to report the issue again, but my message was completely ignored and I received no response. I expected much better attention to an issue that affected one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.

+ Great service and very nice hotel. Big thanks to Slavka for great breakfast − The coffee is limited for 2 only. We didn't get refill for sugar and the glasses was taken for our room. Also had problem with the TV and after asking for few times it got fixed i88888888888888888p
