− В банята се образуваше мини езеро след всяко къпане,защото канала не можеше да поема водата.Хладилника бръмчеше ужасно и нямахме удоволствието да го ползваме.Климатика не работеше и беше адски топло.Можеше да ни настанят в по- добра стая, в предвид това, че направих резервацията месец и половина преди престоя ми.Стаята миришеше ужасно. Няма да повторя.

Serviço péssimo, falta de segurança e desrespeito ao cliente + Foi tudo péssimo. − Experiência péssim. O hotel não cumpriu a reserva original para 3 pessoas, obrigando-nos a separar a família. Para piorar, a limpeza retirou o cartão de acesso do nosso quarto com os nossos pertences lá dentro. Na receção, a equipa e a gerência duvidaram da nossa palavra, agiram de forma extremamente hostil e tentaram forçar-nos a mudar de quarto sem qualquer justificação, sem nunca pedir desculpas. Desorganização total, falha grave de segurança e atendimento deplorável. Não recomendo a ninguém.

Hospedagem padrão econômica + No geral, a acomodação teve um bom custo-benefício. − Apesar de estar na parte do centro da cidade, a rua é um pouco afastada. Não gostei de ter feito o check-in em um quarto de fumante, cuja varanda estava suja, mesmo eu indo com um bebê. Questionei na recepção, eles prontamente mandaram limpar. Porém, o quarto tinha um cheiro um pouco estranho. No outro dia, solicitei a troca do quarto, fui atendida. A partir daí , ficou tudo bem.

+ καθαρό δωματιο παρκινγκ φυλασσόμενο πολυ καλο πρωινο ευγενικό προσωπικό − Το δωμάτιο στον 7ο όροφο χρειάζεται καλύτερο κλιματισμό (ψύξη) για το καλοκαίρι και την ζέστη. Επίσης καλο θα ήταν να υπήρχε σιτα στην μπαλκονόπορτα για τα κουνουπια. Παρόλα αυτά θά σας αξιολογησουμε με αριστα

Recomand!!! + Locație,confort, curățenie mic dejun copios și extrem de variat, posibilitatea încărcări mașinii electrice!!! Recomand și voi reveni!!! − Camera la etajul întâi fix deasupra străzii și zgomot mare de la tramvaie și mașini toată noaptea!!! Recomandabil să solicitați cameră pe cealaltă parte a imobilului! Eu așa voi solicita !?!!!!

− When you book an apartment-style accommodation, you expect to have two separate rooms, not just one space with two beds. The AC was not powerful enough to cool the room properly. For a hotel, you would also expect the shower gel provided to be sufficient for your stay, rather than receiving just one small sachet per person. The parking was located separately, in an unpaved yard, a few minutes’ walk from the property. Finally, the chairs in the breakfast area were very dirty and covered in stains, which was quite unpleasant and did not give a good impression of cleanliness.

Ще посетя хотела отново!!! + Гледката от хотелската стая е невероятна! Персоналът е много отзивчив! В стаята е много чисто. Закуската е добра. − Възглавниците са тънки. Би било добре да има по 2 броя възглавници на човек. В тв каналите нямаше Нова телевизия.

+ La verdad que el hotel está genial, un poco apartado del centro, unos 10 minutos andando, pero no hay ningún problema, porque es un barrio tranquilo! Yo estuve con mi hija de 8 años, y volvimos de noche sin problema! Lo recomiendo! Es un hotel muy bueno, calidad precio! Y el desayuno es muy correcto, un poco de todo!

+ Far better than we had hoped for. Fantastic breakfast and very comfortable bed & pillows.

Comfy stay with good breakfast, next door to Central Station. 3 Star at best. + Reasonable buffet breakfast - cooked & continental. Clean and (mostly) efficient Breakfasting Room. Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel very convenient for Central Station - Bus, Tram and Train - 5min walk. Kettle tea & coffee, plus fridge. Decent air-con system. − One of the older waitresses was evidently annoyed/insulted/disgusted with me for daring to point out they had run out of cereal bowls. She then surreptitiously restocked the bowls - and avoided telling me. Apart from her, the rest of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel was dated and could do with a makeover. The decor throughout (except Breakfast Rm) felt "tired and dark". The furnishings & lighting in the bedroom were also 'dark'. Carpet and chair fabrics all stained.
