Not the most pleasant experience. They should really think to change some staffing and also to not mix the body wash wit + The spa is one of the best ones I have been in. It’s not as crowded in week days. − The staff was with very fake attitude. Very fakery positive and you can see on their expressions that they didn’t really want to help you but were acting nice just because they need to. Friday ( our last night there) there was a live music singer (some girl) that was singing so bad I barely stayed there to finish my dinner, my ears were hurting. The douche gel was mixed with a lot of water, it was foaming and I barely was able to wash my body.

+ מתקנים וספא היו מעולים − מזרן במיטה היה גרוע, היה קשה לישון עליו. בסיום בציק אוט הצוות רצה לקחת תשלום על דברים שלא נגענו לא במיני בר וגם במסעדה, כאשר כל ערב שילמנו במזומן. טענו שלא שילמנו ערב אחת כאשר כל ערב שילמנו במזומן. חבל שלא לקחנו ציקים.

Ruhige Atmosphäre, höfliches Personal + Uns haben die ruhige Atmosphäre im Hotel, das höfliche und zuvorkommende Verhalten des Personals, die außerordentlich große und vielfältige Auswahl an Frühstücksspeisen am Morgen und Snacks am Abend, die Innen- und Außenpools inmitten der Natur sowie die unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten zur Erholung und zum Rückzug sehr gut gefallen. − Es wäre schön, wenn für Hotelgäste, die aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht in der Lage sind, eine normale Menge an Nahrung auf einmal zu sich zu nehmen, die Möglichkeit geschaffen würde, Speisen vom Frühstück und/oder Abendessen mit auf das Zimmer zu nehmen, um sie zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt als Snack zu verzehren. So war es beispielsweise bei meiner Frau, die beim Abendessen aus gesundheitlichen Gründen etwa drei Viertel der servierten Speisen übrig lassen musste. Eine ähnliche Situation bestand auch am Morgen, mit dem Unterschied, dass sie sich dort auf eine sehr, sehr kleine Portion beschränkte und dadurch k…
