Lovely hotel… bad plumbing. Lack of staff for accommodation. Staff there are more interested in responding to the restau + The location is amazing. The value for money… 3 double beds (2 rooms and one in the main living area) was a big surprise. It’s decorated nicely. Lots of space and a lovely view. The room also had a kitchen. − I don’t want this to be unfair… however, went to check in. You walk through the restaurant into the bar. At this point it’s clear that no one is employed to check you in. They are all focused on being restaurant staff. Finally got checked in after standing to the side of the bar. Given the key and told where to find room. The room was lovely HOWEVER they have a plumbing issue. The sound coming from the shower was as if they were drilling. I believe it’s due to an air lock. My other half went down and ask someone to come and look/fix or move us to another room. A lad (spoke better English) came up, looked shocked and said he will call his boss and check up sta…

Las fotos no corresponden a la habitación del hotel + La ubicación, en el centro de la ciudad − El hotel no tiene recepción y funciona dentro de un restaurante. Para entrar y salir, teníamos que pasar por el interior del restaurante. Las fotos que se mostraron no son reales. El hotel parece un castillo encantado que necesita renovación. Mala higiene, toallas de mala calidad y con olor a moho. Alfombra de baño sucia. Y el aspecto de la habitación con puertas cerradas con llave para otros accesos. Dormí con las luces encendidas porque tenía miedo por la noche, ya que viajaba con mi hija y no me sentía segura.

Hermosa ubicación, pero insuficiente en cuanto a comodidad y servicio. + La ubicación es súper; directamente en la plaza. Hay suficiente espacio en el apartamento. La ropa de cama y las toallas estaban aceptablemente limpias y frescas. ¡¡Cápsulas de café ricas!! − La pared del baño no estaba limpia; limpié las gotas de orina del zócalo. La presión del agua era muy baja, por lo que la bañera tardaba mucho en llenarse. También había una marca en la bañera.... Hay una cocina completa con equipamiento, pero casi nada de vajilla o cubiertos. En el dormitorio se oía un ruido fuerte y constante del extractor. El dormitorio de arriba estaba bien.

Excelente ubicación pero no pude dormir + Ubicación fantástica − El ruido de golpes muy fuerte y continuo que pudimos oír toda la noche, lo que significó que no dormimos nada. Se ha contactado al anfitrión sobre esto y aún no han respondido.

Noche atípica en el centro de Brujas + La ubicación, vista a la plaza mayor de Brujas, habitación muy espaciosa. − No hay conserjería, llegamos en pleno apuro del servicio y no sabíamos muy bien dónde registrarnos. Tenemos una bonita cocina equipada pero sin asientos para sentarse 😅

Hermosa ubicación, con algo de ruido. + Ubicación excelente − Mucho ruido de una estufa o ventilador de la cocina o algo así. Hace un ruido enorme. Si no soportas los ruidos por la noche, no reserves. Por lo demás, está bien.

Una estancia en un edificio histórico en una buena ubicación céntrica, pero el interior no corresponde. + Amplio y el edificio es hermoso por fuera. La ubicación es buena. − La decoración es inconsistente en estilo, y las reparaciones son deficientes, baratas y de mal gusto. La cocina no tiene una función real y carece de utensilios.

Waardeloos! + De locatie is top, maar dat is dan ook alles mee gezegd! − In de nacht rond 03:00 uur ging het brandalarm meer dan een uur lang af. Er was niemand bereikbaar en ook kwam er geen enkel personeelslid langs om te controleren wat er aan de hand was. Dit voelde extreem onveilig — ik ben uiteindelijk zelf het gebouw gaan doorzoeken om te kijken of er geen brand was. Rond 04:30 stopte het alarm pas. Slapen was daarna natuurlijk onmogelijk. De volgende ochtend hebben wij hierover een klacht ingediend. De eigenaar gaf toe dat bewoners boven ons het alarm hadden geactiveerd en beloofde een compensatie. Na een week: niets ontvangen. Op mails en berichten werd niet meer gereageerd. Na veel moeite een ander telefoonnummer gevonden — opnieuw beloofd dat het geld direct overgemaakt zou worden. Ook dat is nooit gebeurd. Inmiddels is de eigenaar volledig onbereikbaar. Kortom: ❌ Onveilige situatie ❌ Geen noodrespons bij alarm ❌ Beloftes niet nagekomen ❌ Slechte communicatie…
