Our new airport stay + Everything. Especially the little card about mattress softness options (pictured). It had a little balcony which was nice too. − The tv was on the wall next to the bed rather than in front of it.

Very comfortable apartments with a convenient location for the airport + Lovely apartment with really excellent facilities. Well looked after and comfortable. Busy reception so a bit of a wait to check in but the staff did their best. Location is very much both à positive and negative. Very convenient for the airport and the railway (the noise from both is a slight negative but you can’t really have the convenience without the noise so it is a choice to make). Gym, pool etc, all good plus food at the restaurant was pretty good too. Also secure parking was good. − Nothing, it was all good.

Great hotel, beautiful facilities but needs more attention to detail to be “fabulous” + Facilities were great - gym, pool, bar with live entertainment & the onsite restaurant. − Access to swimming pool towels just have them available near the pool it was a hassle to go back & forth to sign out when there’s no signing back in process? Some of the staff were great and others were not good at all, frustrating having to mention what was happening to the staff when their system doesn’t supply the correct information & lots of time was spent waiting & going back & forth to management. Just inconvenient & more training is needed for consistency.
