Nice historic hotel including an archeology museum, with adjacent restuarant (as shown in photo) + The high ceilings in the room − There was no restuarant for dinner on site as indicated in the Booking.com facilities inventory - only a breakfast service. Rooms photos are misleading. Staff mostly rude. Truly disappointing + The location is excellent. We went through every area of Buenos Aires, and this one is the best! A lot of good restaurants at the harbor, which is nearby. Also there is a lovely Sunday market, and a vintage store area! The cleaning staff was lovely, friendly, and the hotel is sparkling. It's also very safe - I forgot my bag at breakfast, and then forgot that I forgot it... so I didn't even ask for it, and it was returned to me next day by a sweet gentleman. − Unfortunately, we chose this hotel for my birthday without reading the worse reviews, which are all correct. The room, the breakfast and most of the staff (with few exceptions) make the stay rather unpleasant. 1. The room on the pictures is not the one you get. If you expect a lot of natural light, see my photos - one single narrow window in the corner facing the courtyard. A dark and claustrophobic place - really sad for the birthday.... Beautifully curated disappointment. + Beautifully curated hotel in a great location, however the rooms are not as well appointed as the common areas. Fantastic staff, but their efforts don’t make up for some of the deficiencies which is really a shame; I wanted to love this hotel! Reasonably comfortable beds. Spotty WiFi, paltry breakfast (in such a wonderful space that just screams for every morning to be a memorable one) − Breakfast. WiFi.

Unique boutique stay that I would recommend to others + Nice unique hotel that is also an art gallery. The location is close to the San Telmo market and the Casa Rosada which is a bit of a different but fun area of BA. The staff is really nice and friendly. I always felt safe with them around. The fairly spacious and a big shout out on the shower - great pressure and temperature! − Breakfast was fairly simple and basic compared to what it could be.

Hotel interessante, mas serviço deixa muito a desejar + Raul muito simpático na recepção. Nicolas tb bonzinho. Quarto bom Chuveiro ótimo − cafe da manha fraco Demais funcionários da recepção são indiferentes aos hóspedes. Ficam no celular, nem olham no rosto, não ajudam com a mala. Ignoram o hóspede. Os recepcionistas nao sabem falar nada sobre o histórico do hotel ou as ruinas que ficam abaixo e nem se preocupam em conhecer ou mostrar.

Lugar é aconchegante. + Localização é muito boa, equipe muito atenciosa e educada. A cama é muito confortável, é um Hotel pequeno, os quartos são grandes e tudo está como novo. − Não havia água no quarto e não tem serviço de quarto nem restaurante. Café da manhã inicia as 7h, isso é muito tarde para mim.
