    Boa localização, confortável, mas com algumas coisas e melhorar; PRINCIPALMENTE A INTERNET. + Otima localização, muitos restaurantes próximos, quarto de bom tamanho, cama confortável. Parte do hotel instalado em prédio histórico muito bonito... − É inadmissivel que um hotel Hyatt, com o valor que cobra, ter uma INTERNET TÃO RUIM. Fiquei 6 dias no hotel e em nenhum dia a INTERNET FOI SATISFATÓRIA : Lenta, com muita oscilação, No site do Booking, consta que o Hotel tem varios restaurantes, na verdade não tem nenhum funcionando, e segundo informações dos funcionários, depois da pandemia não reabriram. A manutenção dos quartos precisa melhorar, banheiro vazando água para fora e box, inundando o quarto....
