    + New and modern hotel in the center of the city. Professional, courteous, helpful customer service. Lovely contemporary rooms with high ceilings and modern amenities.

    + I recently stayed at Shiraz Hotel in Gyumri, and it was an outstanding experience. The staff were exceptional, always helpful and friendly. They even offered us a free early check-in and late check-out without us asking, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed. The hotel's central location near the main square made it easy to explore all the attractions, restaurants, and shops. I must also mention the delightful hand soap in the rooms—it has such a pleasant scent! Could you please comment and tell us the exact brand of this soap? I would love to purchase some for my home. Shiraz Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gyumri. Thank you, Shiraz Hotel, for a memorable stay!
