Very artistic and chic hotel! + Absolutely brilliant looking property overlooking the bay with a beautiful lobby area. The size of the rooms are impressive and a very welcome surprise. The Marriot check in counter could surely use some courteous and welcoming staff members

+ The property was new and not used. − For a 5* hotel it is very wierd to not have large 1m x 1.8m bath towels. The biggest size available was around 80x50 which is the mid sized towel. Upon request we were informed that they do not have big ones. The photos of the room are also a bit innacurate, we booked one of the nicest rooms available- with the balcony, however, in real life it was a lot less shallow than shown on the images, and the ceiling hight at the balcony is very low, making it look almost like a cruise ship balcony. If we had known this before we would have stayed with the regular room. Also we came to this hotel for a birthday celebration and they didn’t offer a candle for a birthday cake as it is banned on the property, however in this case the team can usually provide custom cake, which wasn’t offered to us either. The hotel is nice but there is room for improvement in communication and basic things like towel size.

Great Hotel + All the staff are amazing, very pleasant and accommodating. The common areas are very nice. Our room was fantastic, very well appointed, clean, with a comfortable bed.

Very relaxing hotel stay + Our room overlooked the water and was very quiet. Views were amazing. Breakfast had many choices, all quite good. The lobby bar was relaxing and had a pianist every night we were there. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel. Western size rooms + Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Western size hotel rooms. Quiet neighborhood. NOT close to a train station. But if you are taking a cab daily, no big deal. Close to the Haneda monorail. Great breakfast. Great amenities. Free mini bar.

Great hotel near the water. + Sleek and pretty hotel in Tokyo. For breakfast they have a great buffet. For drinks they have a wonderful bar called Whisk, which features fun drinks based on paintings. Staff was nice and helpful. Our room was nice and even had a balcony. Very nice experience.

SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE 5 Star + We checked in to mesm July 3rd though July 6. We were warmly greeted personally by Kohei Tamura, Executive Assistant Manager. He assisted our check in and the entire staff and Keohei went to amazing lengths to accommodate and assist us. The facilities are perfectly maintained and the level of service was probably the best we've encountered in our travels. We are ambassador level at Marriott and we've been many places and to many hotels. The level of attention here at this hotel was outstanding. Mahalo!

A room with a piano….. + The best hotel I stayed in in Tokyo and cannot wait to revisit. The views of Tokyo Bay are amazing and the environment and rooms so clean and welcoming. I have nothing bad to say about this beautiful place. From concierge to house keeping; everyone was amazing. I celebrated my birthday and they placed a little gift in my room.
