Heel fijn + Groot hotel maar je had niet het idee dat het megadruk was, maar bij het ontbijt was het dan wel te zien − Als ik echt iets moet noemen, de ontbijttafel voor de kinderen had geen ramen

As we chose the hotel for the pools it was overall disappointing + The rooms were nice, beds very comfy and the gym was good. − We booked the hotel for the pools for the kids to have some time to chill outside and swim at the end of a busy trip - however, the outdoor pool was very expensive and the indoor pool, which was free, was only bookable for 40min slots - of which during our 3 day stay there was only one 8pm slot on Saturday and one 9am slot on Monday available - so basically that one was out of bounds as well. As pools were de facto unavailable, the location of the hotel became an issue as it was very far out, making trips to the city lengthy and cumbersome. Lastly, staff spoke only poor English (which one would expect to be different in a 5-star hotel), making any conversation difficult.

Comfortable hotel outside the city centre, with a very expensive outdoor pool. + Comfortable beds, a spacious room with a beautiful view, and a large bathroom. − Please note: the swimming pool is not free, and it’s expensive! During our stay in the summer, it cost ¥5,000 for adults and ¥2,500 for children for just an afternoon at the small outdoor pool. We found this disappointing, as the hotel is quite far from the city centre, but we had accepted that because of the swimming pool. The indoor pool was only accessible by reservation, and during our five-night stay, we were only able to book one time slot that worked for us.

Tutto ok + Le camere − La piscina esterna è a pagamento. Per un hotel 5 stelle è una cosa che non mi è piaciuta.

Großartig, hab gleich das Grande Prince in Tokio gebucht + Alles, tolle Zimmer, Fitness Center, Indoor- und Outdoor Pool, Restaurants (vor allem das italienische Restaurant ist Mega), Convenience Store, Personal super freundlich − Extra kosten für Pool und trotzdem begrenzte Zeiten.
