+ Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. − Der Aufzug funktionierte ins Parkhaus nicht.

+ Værelset ud til gården var meget roligt. − Elendigt mobil signal og internethastighed på stort set hele hotellet. Pop musik i loft højtalere på gangen hører ikke til på et 4 stjernet hotel. Hotellet er generelt lidt "træt" og nedslidt og trænger gevaldigt til nye tæpper og maling mange steder.

+ Everything: cleanliness, location, room size,room facilities. − the elevator only reach the 7th floor while the room was in 8th floor so you have to carry your luggages on stairs one floor

A great place to stay in the city to explore the history and culture + We stayed for 2 nights here and it's a great location to explore the city from. It's close to Checkpoint Charlie and walking around the city was emotional and inspiring. We were able to park close by as we had a camper van. Breakfast at the hotel was good, lots of options and choice. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful.
