Not worth the cost. Poor air conditioning. Dodgy cleaniness. Trash bags left outside in the hallway. + The city view from 21st floor. Close to two subway stations, tram stops, street parking. Small empty refrigerator to store your drinks and snacks. − Firstly, I returned to the hotel room in the late evening after venturing out in the city. The air conditioning was so weak that the room felt sweltering and stuffy. Inexplicably, the hallway was much cooler than the room. I checked the climate control settings (AUTO and temperature at full blue mark) and the ventilation barely flowed out of the vent. I opened the window and balcony door to circulate the cooler outside air. For my security, I closed the balcony door, but I slept poorly due to the weak air conditioning. I did not understand why the bathroom light switch did not work at first. It took me a while to figure out another light switch that activates the bathroom light switch. This also lights up the whole room, too. I had to…

Clean rooms, helpful staff, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again. + The rooms were very clean. The staff were courteous and polite and answers all questions in a friendly and helpful way. − There was no dinner available on site during our stay. I understand that some renovation works were going on. But that's the only negative I can think of.
