+ Place was a nice place until we so a big Cockroaches in our room and hallways − I can't believe we pay for a nice hotel and we got in our room on the 18th floor. We found Cockroaches. I couldn't sleep thinking about the nasty cockroaches. I'm so sorry... This is a beautiful hotel, but you guys need to control the Cockroaches.

+ Beautiful property in a fantastic location, with great proximity to Piedmont Park, the High Museum, and a diverse selection of dining options. The neighborhood is very walkable, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and a great place to stay! − Some of the information on the hotel’s website could be clearer and more streamlined. For example, there was a QR code in the room for the room service menu, but no instructions on how to place an order. The hotel’s website provided a phone number, but that number connected us to the front desk, who then transferred us the dining services voicemail that provided a separate number to text our order to. While the staff and food were great, the process seemed more complicated than necessary. Additionally, the swimming pool was closed during our stay. We were given instructions to use the pool at a sister hotel within walking dist…

I felt I was paying extra for facilities that weren’t available. + Clean. Stylish. Courteous staff. − The pool was out of order - this was my whole reason for choosing this hotel. It had been out of order for weeks - and at the time I booked. However, I was not informed at the time of booking or prior to my arrival. I would have chosen another hotel had I known as thus was not inexpensive.

Great hotel + The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. There were many restaurants nearby. It was close to Margaret Mitchell's house. − The swimming pool is closed. It is far from public transport.

+ L’emplacement − Le fait qu’on ne prévienne pas que la piscine était fermée car j’avais choisi cet hôtel en particulier pour cette option. On l’a appris au Check in. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment décevant.
