Horrible + L'emplacement est correct. Le rest est super décevant − La piscine est vraiment très mal entretenue : l’eau semble peu ou pas filtrée et une forte odeur d’égout règne autour de la piscine, mais également dans plusieurs endroits de l’hôtel. La situation est très désagréable. La plage était également impraticable lors de notre séjour en raison d’une importante quantité de sargasses qui n’avaient pas été ramassées. Concernant les chambres, aucune fenêtre ne peut être ouverte, ce qui donne rapidement une sensation d’enfermement malgré la climatisation. Celle-ci est par ailleurs extrêmement bruyante et difficile à régler correctement : soit il fait trop froid, soit l’air devient vite étouffant. Le petit-déjeuner est également très décevant, avec très peu de choix et quasiment aucune variété. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons été très déçus par cet hôtel, qui est malheureusement très loin de l’expérience que nous espérions.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the location, room and food, but there are a few areas where the hotel could impr + We enjoyed our stay at The Palms Hotel & Spa. Our room was spacious, welcoming and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. The hotel itself was clean and attractive, with lots of greenery throughout the property, giving it a lovely relaxed feel. The bar and restaurant staff were generally friendly and helpful, and the food at both was excellent. The location on Collins Avenue was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and lots of great restaurants nearby. Motek Miami and Casa Faena were our favourites and both are well worth a visit. − The pool and surrounding areas could have been cleaner. There was leftover fruit on the floor from the night before and the pool tiles were noticeably dirty and in need of cleaning. There was also a noticeable sulphur-like smell around the pool area at times. We weren’t sure where this was coming…

+ Everything was exceptional. From the moment of arrival and the valet, porter service to a smooth professional checkin experience, the beautiful scenic hotel was just exceeded expectations. The rooms were beautiful and clean and every amenity was pristine and addes touches for sustainability were so awesome. The staff were the cherry on top, from the bar staff - Pedro, Ernesto and Grinalda (May have gotten her name slightly wrong) to the pool tiki bar service with Floriano - and every single team member who I could not recall their names, was just phenomenal, attentive and nothing was too much. They went over and beyond for my family and I couldn't have been more impressed and thankful for the choice of hotel. We will most certainly recommend this hotel to any and everyone!! Keep it up team Palm Hotel and Spa. You have a truly special place and team − Absolutely nothing. I cannot fault the establishment on anything.
