It was convenient and reasonably priced in a good quiet location + size of room and lounge − Bathroom door would not close and bathroom was very small and old. No kettle to boil water for safety reasons. Had to use the urn downstairs and carry boiling hot water back up in the lift, which seemed less safe to me.

The Perfect Place to Reside During a Work Week! + Once again, CHH provided the perfect place to reside during a work week on The Hill. This is the second time this year that this boutique hotel has been home for work away from my District Office. Thank CHH! I'll be back!!

À oublier ! + L’emplacement Cuisine équipée − Il est estampillé 4 étoiles, très loin de ses prestations Petit dej pas à la hauteur , bcp de sucreries, Du réchauffé. Café pas terrible Matelas qui accusent l’âge !!

Dc trip + The staff were super friendly! The locations was amazing. The breakfast was great. The beds were so comfortable! The room was super spacious and very inviting. The separate closet area along with the extra space for the changing room was perfect. − The air didnt go below 65 degrees, a tad warm in the room, especially with the 90 degree weather during the day. The bathroom was nice but a bit snug in the shower and the sink was a little different.

Friendly staff/hotel not worth the money + No valet parking available at time of check in, closet parking deck recommended by staff was a 20 minute walk away from the hotel. Breakfast was not very good but complimentary which was nice. Elevator going up to the room was very dirty and smelled bad. Air conditioning in the room did not work all the time. Staff members were kind. Room was a nice size but for price of room I do not think it was worth it.

It was enjoyable stay. + It was an easy walk from the metro capitol hill south. My family enjoyed the location and room comfort, We stayed two nights and housekeeping checked in each day.
