The resort was beautiful. Garbage wasn’t taken out of our room for two days poolside staff was kind of rude and snappy. + The location was nice − Some of the poolside staff was kind of rude

+ Très bon emplacement, chambre avec balcon côté rivière. En plein centre ville. Un trolley bus gratuit permet de faire un petit tour de la ville à prendre à 50 mètres de la sortie de l'hôtel. On a eu la chance de voir un ours se promener sur l'arrière de hôtel. − Le bruit de la climatisation assez fort sans possibilité de le diminuer.

+ The whole atmosphere was amazing. Little details definitely make a difference like having real coffee mugs and glasses in the room. The staff was very friendly and the whole hotel was super clean. − Maybe add more umbrellas by the pool. There was a few and one was broken. Really nothing that would stop me from coming again. The hotel was amazing.

Friendly, fun place to stay. My favorite place to stay. + The property is nice and inviting. − You have to pay to park at the resort. Why should you have to pay for the place you’re staying. They are squeezing the customers for all they can get.
