A very good hotel with a terrific location near Union Station and an excellent breakfast option. + Excellent location near Union Station with its shops, eating places and train, metro and bus links. Excellent breakfast option at adjacent Dubliner Bar Proximity to The Dubliner Bar was a plus.. Business centre on 2nd floor a good idea, although I did not need to use it. − Basic tea and coffee facilities in hotel rooms as well as more elaborate choice on 2nd floor would have been appreciated.

+ Hotel vicinissimo a Union Station e a Capitol Hill, ideale per visitare la zona monumentale e museale. Camera spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Lavanderia a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente, zona caffè e bevande calde H24 al secondo piano. Personale gentile e disponibile. − Nei dintorni non ci sono locali o supermercati.

Enjoyable but with some issues + Good Day We had a great time at the beautiful Hotel and location is perfect. Would like to suggest that the accessible room be a bit bigger and with a view. I had originally booked for an ADA room but felt it was too small to get around, and the bed space was not enough to get the wheelchair around to get into the bed. Fortunately, I am able to stand and opted for a bigger room so that there would be more space. Unfortunately had to cope without rails in the bathroom to hold on too. The main elevator was too narrow for my wheelchair so had to use your service elevator. At least the staff were very accommodating and very helpful. Feel sad that if you are differently challenged that we need to accept second best when it comes to accommodation in the USA. But we still enjoyed our stay with you, loved the Irish pub .... Great location, spacious room, and a very comfortable stay! + The location was great, very close to Washington Union Station. The room was spacious and comfortable, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was also very convenient to be able to store our luggage before check-in. − The only downside was that there was only one washing machine and one dryer, so we had to wait to use them.
