Good stay + Very comfortable room, soft and comfortable bed, the heating was very in time, even floor was warm. No problems with hot water in the shower. The breakfast was good, but cold.

+ My mom arrived at midnight after long 36 hours bus ride from Ukraine. She was tired and wanted to get to room asap but stuff couldn’t find her reservation and told to go check hotel next door maybe she has a room there .No afford was made to call and check for her and apparently she had reservation in your hotel. No information was given about shuttle bus , no wifi . That’s not what I paid for

+ The room was as dirty as it may be, the towels were unwashed, there was hair in the bed. We asked for a late check out and were denied, tho there was nobody in the hotel other than us and 2 other guests.

+ No room was available despite paying in advance. I was driven to a different hotel, and then to a third hotel. No one spoke English. The hotel where I stayed did not have lighting or towels, so I took a shower by flashlight and dried myself in the open air by the window. What can I say? It is Georgia and apparently this is not an unusual occurrence.

+ When we got to the hotel, they told us the hotel was full so they had to move us to another hotel and it took two hours, and I am not happy about it. The breakfast on the other Hotel was not as good as grand Palace to PC.
