Excellent! Will definitely return! + We love everything! There's a basement parking and it's super convenient since it was raining heavily when we came. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast food was excellent! The bed was so comfortable and i had a good night sleep that night. − Nothing!

Programming room lock when guest is using it. + The room is clean and comfortable as usual. Location is not far from down town. Will be good if you have a car to drive around. Not recommended for those prefer to walk. − During our stay, the staffs decided to reprogram the door lock so when we come back from dinner and shopping, we are not able to access to our room. I spoke to the technician and was told they are in the progress of programming all the rooms electronic lock. Then I told him that they should have program the door lock when there is no hotel guests using those rooms and not when someone is occupying the room. Furthermore our rooms are not the last 2 to program. There are still many rooms not programmed yet. So I don't know why they need to do it when we are staying there and not before and after. This is to me poor planning. Other than that, everything else is fine.

Nice. + Clean and easy to find food because a lot of kopitiam and restaurant near by. Even Ecosave supermarket also next by. − The bed to fluffy and not suitable for my back pain problem🫢

Just okay this time. + The location, food, amenities. − Took too long to respond on my request to issue tax invoice. Bern denied the issuance of my tax invoice even after I reached out to the receptionist personally long after my stay and was informed they couldn’t provide it due to payment was made directly to booking.com. I had requested through booking.com also but no response.
