A real gem in the back streets of sanur + Beautiful staff. Small compact and very well laid out resort with beautifully maintained gardens and pool. The food was first class − Little far from shops and beach but the shuttle and cheap transport made this a none issue

A wonderful last night of our holiday + We had a wonderful stay at The Alantara Sanur. We chose it for the last night and day of our trip, before heading to the airport and it was absolutely amazing. The room was quiet, spacious, clean. The pool was spectacular, the food delicious and the massage superb. The service was great, the staff was very friendly. For us it was the perfect place to end our trip. − To give something on the way: during our stay in Indonesia we were lucky to experience some environmentally friendly hotels, which chose to refrain from using plastic, reducing disposable vanity products and sourcing only organic products and produce. We believe this is a necessary step for sustainable tourism.

The beautiful Alantara + From entrance of the property to reception it was very welcoming. Heart warming welcome from the staff welcome drunk and frangipani, and cold towelette. What I loved is how the staff said Welcome home The bar ans restaurant staff were amazing, great service. The food was tasty. Enjoyed the balinese show and buffet. I stayed at 3 different places in Sanur on this trip. Because I was a solo traveler the staff were so amazing it gave me the comfort of being at home and part of their family. I will certainly be becoming back and will stay longer.

Geweldig! + Wat een super hotel! Mooie kamers, heerlijk ontbijt en diner! En het personeel is erg vriendelijk! We verbleven hier met ons zoontje van 11 maanden oud. Er werd regelmatig gevraagd of ze eten of fruit konden maken voor onze kleine. We hadden de deluxe kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad. Deze is voorzien van een gordijn waardoor je de ruimte in tweeën kan delen, wat praktisch is als je kind in dezelfde slaapkamer slaapt. Het zwembad heeft een ondiep gedeelte wat fijn is als je met jonge kinderen reist. Bij dit gedeelte staan ook twee grote cabana’s waar je met het hele gezin op kan liggen. Het hotel ligt buiten het drukke gedeelte dus je hebt vervoer nodig om naar het centrum te gaan. Hiervoor biedt het hotel een gratis shuttle service aan. We hebben hier zelf geen gebruik van gemaakt I.v.m de slaaptijden van ons zoontje maar met een taxi of grab ben je er zo. − -

Excellét rapport quamité prix. + Le personnel, l’accueil, le professionnalisme. Les massages, le restaurant et le dejeuner, la piscine Nous avons eu besoin d’eux ils se sont mis en quatre. Très bel établissement. − A 15 mînutes a pied de la plage et des restaurants en devant traverser une 2 X2 voies très dangereuse, bruyante et salle, cela gâche un peu le ressenti général.
