+ From the outside, the hotel looks very luxurious. It has 2 stunning pools with a sea view. The lobby and pool area are really beautiful, well-kept and luxurious. Good and relaxed atmosphere. On the 24th floor, there is a lounge with a stunning view, fresh and delicious snacks and a good, luxurious atmosphere. On the other hand, the rooms are very outdated. We slept in a suite with a pool. The view is stunning. Very spacious. But the room is very outdated. There are stains on the tables. Stains on the bed frame. The chairs are torn. The shower is peeling and outdated. The wooden frame of the pool hammock is rotten and doesn't make you want to get into the water. And it's a shame because the view from the pool is beautiful. The small bottles of shampoo and conditioner are outdated. Every self-respecting hotel already uses large bottles that can be refilled. The service at the hotel is excellent. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—the staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and always happy to help with a smile. The room was top-notch, exceptionally clean, and featured ultra-comfortable beds that guaranteed a great night's sleep. Every morning started on a high note with a rich, varied, and delicious breakfast spread that had something for everyone. To top it all off, the pool area and the stunning surrounding views were simply breathtaking—the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect vacation!
