+ Service was fabulous. The male spa facilities need urgent attention. The pool was being renovated but we didn’t know this until arrival. We would have picked another hotel with a pool if we knew. Management compensated us for this inconvenience though, which was very efficient. Rooms ok, just a bit damp in bathroom. Tap leaking in kitchen and shower leaking all over the floor in bathroom

Average stay for 3 days + Average stay, for 3 days, was disappointed to note that we had to constantly ask for the water, sugar, toilet paper and hand towels.

+ It was just an average hotel stay. No microwave in the room. Room service never showed up despite multiple requests. Servicing staff in dining area was very friendly and nice but the people in dining checkin were not friendly at all and didn’t even bother responding to the greetings much less do a greeting themselves or have a smiling face

Value for Money + The stay was good.The bathroom had no toiletries like tooth brush, paste and razor. The bed had only two pillows and no extra. The breakfast was good and had a sumptous spread.

+ Checking in was smooth. Staff was very friendly. Rooms seemed old. Bath towels were terrible - rough and old is an understatement. Hot water was almost nonexistent. Breakfast buffet was ok - nothing extraordinary.

+ There's one picture on the listing that shows a beach. That is a complete lie. The hotel is in front of a dirty and ugly canal. The hotel is great, but the beach photo is unreal

+ We stayed at the novotel as it was a good inbetween from the airport and locations we were looking to visit and the rooms were decent. As I had a long transit n Abu Dhabi, I intentionally booked for 2 nights so we would not have to wait to check in for 2pm as we reaching early morning and provided the Novotel team with our arrival info. Still ended up waiting for the room to be prepped as the staff at Novotel clearly had not read my message. So disappointed in that sense but overall the rooms and hotel is well maintained Hotel itself is clean
