+ The hotel is very nice, clean and great price. The area is a little loud but its conveniently located near the metro station.

Construction! + Nice place. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Daily construction in the day in other rooms drove me crazy. I asked for a room change and was told there working on almost every floor changing out light pods. I wish they had at least comped a day or provided good vouchers for the trouble. Otherwise, nice hotel.

+ We couldn’t sleep because of the loud karaoke singing at the Boracay Club. Our room wasn’t sound proof and unfortunately, our room was somewhere above the Boracay Club. We could hear talking, shouting, singing and loud music.

+ Asiana hotel truly gave me a five star experience. It’s convenient to the airport, dining & most shopping areas. The rooms were immaculate and quite spacious. Special thanks to Ashok who was courteous, went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. I’ll definitely return on my many visits to Dubai

Just okay + The staff were friendly. Pillows were all flat, not comfortable at all. Bed was just okay. Complementary water was two big glass bottles with a sticker seal on them that seemed unusual. I didn’t receive the welcome drink upon check in that hotel.com says we’re supposed to get. Jacuzzi was nice and relaxing though. Overall experience was okay.

+ Very bad experience. The night shift gave me late checkout until 2:00 pm, but the morning staff woke me up at 12:00 pm and told me to leave or be charged. They also asked for a 200 cash deposit, and when I checked out, they charged me for a soft drink from the fridge and only refunded 120. Unprofessional service

+ Check in/out was fairly smooth, room was nice and clean but noisy from street and planes taking off never heard any noise the last time we stayed here? All staff were nice friendly and helpful. The adjoining restaurant Lamesa was excellent as always and is probably the reason why we stay at this hotel!!!
