+ Absolutely excellent hotel, brilliantly helpful & friendly staff, restaurant very good, certain breakfast items could be served warmer such as sausages, bacon beans, this was mentioned however it seems that my suggestion was sidelined. Other than this minor issue all else in the dining area was great. Some mould obvious in shower cubicle which we endeavoured to ignore. Again worth mentioning however would certainly not discourage visiting again and for sure recommend to friends and family. Other than these two minor moans we absolutely enjoyed each and every day ….. well less enjoyed the few dull / colder days. Hope all staff maintain the same high standards and attitude it’s a winning combination for continued success. Thank you all. Terry & Marilyn Room 217 - 10/03/25 to 01/04/25

Pleasant stay. shame about the weather. + Pleasant stay here but after staying previously at the sister hotel in Hoi Ann unfortunately this one is a little behind in service and breakfast offerings. Good location although the beach is in a state of erosion this is happening all along not just the hotel. Nice pool areas. large pool towels and bath towels. Attention to detail cleaning required in rooms especially dust.

+ A great resort opposite the beach and good restaurants. Lovely staff and a convenient shuttle bus into Old Town. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great locatio + Very pleasant mid range hotel. Large rooms, 2x nice pools, some great restaurants in walking distance and 3 free shuttles to town a day. Shame the beach opposite is not that nice however.

+ Nice and quiet. Very comfortable place to stay at, all staff members are very friendly and their service very good. The restaurant’s place is very nice and tidy but the river has an odd odor but overall very nice place!

+ The staff were fantastic and location is great! Rooms were spacious and bed was enormous! Didn’t like the bath shower and area also noisy with music nearby often in early hours. I think we went at wrong month as was extremely hot and no shade over pool although they had umbrellas around pool lounges! Overall very good value and location, was probably the noise at night that detracted from overall experience. Also got double charged on mini bar as paideia it might before but had early check out and staff made me pay again as we were waiting to go! Wasn’t much but was just a bit annoying as I tried to do right thing night before when settling account

Great beach hotel in Hoi An + We were upgraded to deluxe river view room with balcony. Huge room and bed which was very comfy. 2 swimming pools one with swim up bar. The beach was just over the road with sun beds and shade which was needed with temperature of +37. Lots of breakfast choices available Shuttle ran into town each day a few times a day was useful although Grab taxis are so cheap to use too.

+ Hotel was fantastic! Staff were all very friendly and helpful, the shuttle bus into the old town was very handy and the pool was stunning!

+ The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is lovely, located between the river and the beach. The onsite restaurant was very good and had a nice variety of options. My one remark is that some things in the resort were well worn. Mistly ghatis fine and adds a bit of character. I wosh my shower stall floor was better, however. There was mildew all over it and i didn't feel comfortable showering in it. Fortunately there was a very nice tub with a shower head that i was able to use.

Great value gor a fabulous stay + Great stay. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Hotel very nice and athough room was huge, it just needed a little TLC update in room. I.e a few tiles in bathroom were broken and shower needs an upgrade but perfectly serviceble and wouldnt stop me staying again. Room serviced daily if reqstd and pool areas lovely, clean and in pristine condition! In summary a lovely stay

+ We received an upgrade to a bigger room when we got there. The resort is on a beautiful beach with plenty of reasonably priced eating places near by. Our room was large and good value. The pool and dining are good, staff are friendly. The only down side is that it is a long way from the action.

Family of four! + A fantastic resort that is nestled on the banks of the river and the ocean. Picturesque and beautifully maintained. Good breakfast and spacious rooms. Places to eat nearby.
