+ Enough room for 6 people, staff very helpful and nice. Got all the basics equipment including microwave. Good price! − There’s a construction site right next to the hotel, and at first we did not receive information that we need to go tower A/B for the check in. Also hair dryer not enough for 6 girls, please prepare extra if you need.

Good Service + Had a wonderful stay at Fraser Suites Hanoi with my family. Although the hotel is not located right in the city center, the peaceful atmosphere made up for it. We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment, which felt cozy, spacious, and comfortable. The décor is a bit classic, but it added to the homely charm. What truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality from the staff. A special thank you to Ashlee, who was incredibly friendly and showed us many interesting things during our visit. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Hanoi.

Excellent, Clean, Spacious, and Caring Staff + Rooms are spacious for our family of 5. Swimming pool is in the shade most of the day to be able to beat the heat. On site restaurants are great, but the staff is the real superstar. They would make us custom ordered coffee each morning, and went above and beyond in every way. We went to Sapa for two days and when we came back at 8pm after a 6 hour drive the front desk had a birthday cake and card ready for our 13 year old who’s birthday was that day. It made her feel so special and that no one forgot her birthday even in this country half way around the world. − The entrance is a bit tough to get grab rides because of the construction next door, but we found another entrance at the attached shopping area that worked great. No fault of this hotel, just be aware.

A bittersweet ending to an otherwise excellent stay + This was the best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. The room was spotless, the bed and linens were very comfortable, and overall we had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, at check-out we were charged 500,000 VND for one tall drinking glass that we accidentally broke and immediately reported to the staff. We fully understand paying for a broken item, but this amount felt extremely excessive, both by Vietnamese and Western standards. It was a disappointing ending to an otherwise excellent experience.
