Excellent resort + Really lovely hotel. Villas very nice and clean. Breakfast is amazing and Nho Le gives it an amazing personal touch. She really made it personal. Outside the hotel there isn't anything to do. Ypu have to travel 1.2 hours to Da nang. Sister hotel next door, has lazy pool and restaurants you can use. Have bikes available to use, which was good fun.

Wellness. Family. Happiness. + Everything was outstanding. Food, service, amenities, … We were 2 adults and a 8yo kid. We booked a beach villa and was calm and quiet. We loved the hotel shop, the bikes, the buggies, the nature around us. The massage was also great. I’d like to make a special mention to Jennie (our assistant) and Nho Le (a chef who support us in our private Vietnamese cooking lesson). I highly recommend these: - Spa - Private cooking lesson - Floating basket afternoon tea - Private bbq at the villa with a chef

Fabulous stay! + We had a fabulous five day break at the Banyan Tree resort. On arrival we were greeted by our host, Mi, who looked after us brilliantly through our stay. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and checked in on us each morning in case we needed assistance with bookings etc. The sea view villa was beautiful and well equipped. We enjoyed the restaurants on site and also a couple of the restaurants at the sister resort next door. If I had any suggestions it would be perhaps to improve the on site gym- as it’s quite small for the size of the hotel. But you can also use the gym in the adjoining hotel if you prefer- so it wasn’t a big problem. Overall a fabulous hotel, location and incredible staff. The best part of our Vietnam holiday!

The most tranquil and peaceful experience ever + My experience in Banyan tree was just awesome! After 3 days in Danang city my husband and I were exhausted from the heat and noise. However the moment we walked in the Banyan tree lobby that was just like heaven. I looked around the place and realized that I should have stayed here entire time. First thing that impressed me the most is a tranquil and peaceful environment with thoughtfully organized landscaping. My husband and I stayed at the villa with a private pool where we could swim every day. Villa was just my dream getaway bungalow. Not only was it beautiful but spotless clean thanks to twice a day housekeeping. I also enjoyed the fresh fruit and cookies along with the glasses water bottles. Most importantly we were very lucky to have our host manager Man. The moment we arrived there he welcomed us with a big smile and guided us to enjoy Banyan tree completely. He prepared our special birthday event with a nice cake with hand craf…

Passez votre chemin … + Avis très décevant malgré un cadre exceptionnel Nous avions choisi cet établissement parce que nous sommes de grands amateurs de la chaîne Banyan Tree, dont nous apprécions habituellement le cadre, la discrétion, le service et le sens du détail. Malheureusement, notre expérience à Banyan Tree Lang Co a été extrêmement décevante, au point de nous faire écourter notre séjour après cinq jours. Commençons par le positif, car il y en a : l’accueil a été très agréable, avec une vraie attention portée aux clients, notamment lors de notre early check-in et avec les attentions de bienvenue (fruits, pâtisseries…). Le cadre est absolument exceptionnel : vue magnifique sur la mer, villas perchées dans la montagne, beaucoup d’intimité, villas superbes, très bien décorées et confortables. We loved our stay and had a truly memorable experience. The beautiful surroundings, excellent service and warm hospitali + I liked the welcoming atmosphere, the comfortable room and villa and the friendliness of the staff. − The digital menu system would benefit from a modern refresh, with a more refined design and a more intuitive user experience. Azura and Saffron delivered excellent five-star experiences, while the other restaurants, including those at Angsana, were comparatively less impressive. Although some prices felt reasonable for a luxury resort, others—particularly the set menus—were excessive, even when compared with Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe.

Проблема в море: за 5 дней пребывания мы ни разу не смогли покупаться в море расслабившись: весь период были волны. Волны были или огромные в человеческий рост или чуть меньше: в пол-человеческого роста. Похоже, там не бывает тихого моря.

Top notch resort on a private sandy bay + This place is stunning, situated on a golden sandy bay that it currently shares only with its sister hotel. As a party of 7, the best value for us was to take one of the few 3-bedroom hillside ocean-view villas, which are palatial. It was situated far away and high enough above the main hotel area that one would always want to take a readily-available buggy. The infinity pool offered views to die for. Staff were incredible y friendly and accommodating. Sure there were some inconsequential miscommunications, but we certainly take our share of the blame for those. A complimentary 60-minute massage per person was included in our package and they were first rate. Great breakfast with an enormous selection of high quality dishes. − Being in a hotel in an isolated location means there aren’t any local restaurants to check out, so one is kind of forced to eat at the hotel’s expensive (by Vietnamese standards) restaurants.
