+ I recently had a great stay at the Grand Peridot Hotel. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a lovely ambiance. The staff were generally warm, welcoming, and made the experience enjoyable. − I was taken aback during checkout. The staff performed a room inspection before I left and questioned me regarding a missing face cloth. While I understand the need for inventory management, being asked if I knew where a single face cloth was—when I had no idea—felt a bit disappointing. For a hotel of this luxury caliber, I would expect a bit more discretion or benefit of the doubt regarding minor linens, rather than questioning guests at the front desk.

I know it sounds cheesy, but the hotel did feel like home. It has standard of an European high end hotel but it is very + Everything! The facilities are clean and spacious, the location is perfect and the staff is absolutely helpful and taking every conversation with precision and full attention. Jess was absolutely amazing in helping us with our questions and making sure our stay at Hanoi was perfect. − Everything was absolutely perfect, it felt like home.
