+ I like the staff specially Mr Narayan...he reflects good image for the hotel...he was so cooperating ... helping all hotel visitors...he utilizes what in his hand...finshing the reservation in fast time ..talking the luggage s from parking to rooms ..calling to check if needs require ... − They need to have good parking and to have more staff for luggage and restaurants... there is a big shortage in restraunt staff and luggage .

− This was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I stayed in this hotel expecting the basic standards you would normally associate with an international hotel brand. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing, particularly when it came to parking and the way the situation was handled by the staff. The hotel is located only about a minute’s walk from Dragon Mart, which should have been a major advantage. However, the parking situation completely ruined the convenience of the location. Despite being a paying hotel guest, I was told that there were no available parking spaces and was simply advised by staff to “find a space nearby.” This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this size and reputation. Guests should not be placed in a situation where they have to search for unofficial or unsuitable parking and then risk receiving parking fines.
