+ The prices of the drink are too expensive, it's x3 more expensive than in London for a pint of beer. It's not a nice feeling when you pay a lot of money to be there in the first place.

It’s the kind of service you don’t just hope for, but rarely imagine actually exists. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. Beautifully maintained, spacious, and full of thoughtful touches that make it feel like a true getaway. It’s also ideal for families—our toddler had the best time! There are plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained, and everything feels safe, welcoming, and family-friendly. If you’re looking for a destination that blends luxury, comfort, and fun for all ages, this is definitely the place to go. We’re already looking forward to our next trip back!

+ I booked a sea view room via Expedia and included a specific request for a room with a good view to enhance my vacation experience. Yet, the hotel didn’t respond on the messages. Upon check-in, I also asked for a quiet room. However, I was assigned a room on the lowest floor, directly across from the elevator, and with two twin beds—none of which aligned with my requests. It took approximately 20 minutes of back and forth discussion while I was informed by the check-in staff that no alternative rooms were available. Fortunately, after escalating the issue to the duty manager, I was promptly reassigned to a higher-floor room with a beautiful sea view, which better met my expectations. While I greatly appreciate the professionalism and excellent service provided by the duty manager and the concierge team, the initial check-in experience fell short and impacted my first impression of the hotel. Amazing Hotel with first class service + This hotel never lets you down the staff can not do enough for you. All restaurants have a great choice we were on half board dine around which they offer great choices. I travelled with my husband and four children including a baby children had fun

+ I a was a Family Beach Club member at this hotel for many years when I lived in Dubai . It’s an incredible hotel and it’s where both my Children learnt to swim . The hotel grounds are incredible and the staff including the General Manager who’s been there for many years are really good 👍
